Initial showroom appointment
You’ve downloaded your brochures, and now you want to see a little more. We’ve got loads to see in our newly refurbished showroom, get a real sense of what we have on offer and chat to Esther and the team about what you want out of your new kitchen or living space. A showroom appointment allows us to see what’s right for you.
Home appointment
It’s important for us to see your home, your living space, and understand your lifestyle. We will take the necessary measurements and discuss what your objectives are.

Full design consultation
We will present you with the full 3D plans we have created for your new kitchen, using the latest CAD software. You will get a real view of what your living space will actually look like, and have another opportunity to ask more questions. All the way through this process we liaise with the architects and builders making sure everybody is working from the same page to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
Place order
Once we have firmed up your plans, you’re 100% happy and we’ve done a final measure, it’s time to place the order. We will send you a full plan of your chosen kitchen with a confirmed installation date.

Installation
The exciting part, seeing your kitchen come to life! This is a professional process with minimal disruption and we will keep you informed every step of the way. We will leave your home clean, tidy, and ready to use immediately.
Aftercare
Our customer service goes way beyond selling you a kitchen. We will stay in touch after your installation to make sure everything is perfect. And if there are any questions or issues you want to discuss, we are only a phone call away.
